Finally back at the gym. Had a school talk in Islington so went to the Gym branch in Angel. Hit a ridiculous amount of squats, concentrating on form and finished with some stretching. Everyday yoga post tbh 😅🌸 Now en route to run a workshop in Greenich at an all girls school. 💃🏾💃🏾
